“Tender, marinated pork served with smoky black beans, green rice and pink pickled onions.” That’s pork pibil, one of many colourfully delectable items on offer at ‘Mexican market eating’ establishment Wahaca. Unfortunately, prices aren’t quite what you’d expect on the street of the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca, but this resto’s menu is commendable for its fairly decent list of somewhat authentic Mexican yummies.
