Arm + leg = movie ticket in London?

London 'costliest' for film-goers
Cinema-goers in London pay up to three times more for movie tickets than film-buffs in other European capital cities, new research has revealed.

The survey, carried out by London Assembly's Liberal Democrats, found an adult ticket at Leicester Square can cost £12.45 more than in Europe.

Good points, yes. Still ain't cheap.

I imagine rates, rents and staffing costs are all much higher in London, but it doesn't detract from the fact that a couple can spend £30 going to see a film in central London.

And if you're a family of four you've had it!
