What a dreary, miserable, icky sort of rainy day! Just perfect for a bowl of pho (Vietnamese rice-noodle soup). And if you have a case of the sniffles, well then there’s even more reason to indulge in the yummy wholesomeness of a big bowl of noodles in broth.
